Terms and Conditions

Pricing:
Due to changes in material costs, our published price lists may be subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order:
A minimum order of $25.00 is required (excluding shipping and C.O.D. charges).

Stock and Custom Orders:
Stock decals are typically shipped out within 48-72 hours from time of order. Custom decals are typically shipped out within 10 working days.

Credit Terms:
Net 30 days on all open accounts with approved credit. ScreenTech ships decals C.O.D. to first time customers unless otherwise specified. Applicable shipping and C.O.D. costs will be charged.

Returns:
No return of merchandise without authorization. If signature is documented on acknowledgment, they cannot be returned. Errors in quality, quantity and pricing must be brought to our attention within 72 hours of receipt of order.

Quotes:
If you have a request for any size, shape or quantity not shown in this catalog, please call or e-mail us for a quote.

Shipping Policies:
All orders are normally shipped U.P.S. ground unless otherwise specified by customer. Prices are F.O.B our plant in South Holland. We are not responsible for orders lost in transit!

Print Overruns/Shortages:
Due to quality control measures, we reserve the right to ship 10% overage or shortage on all quantity decal orders. Overruns are billed at quoted unit price, and underruns will be credited at quoted unit price.

Layouts:
All designs and layouts are property of Roeda Signs and ScreenTech and cannot be duplicated in any form without consent or payment for design.
