What are your credit terms?

For customers who have filled out our credit application and have been approved, our terms are net 15. Municipalities and Schools are net 30. For new customers we require payment on a credit card in full, before the order is put into production. If payment is made by check from a new customer, the order will go into production after the check clears. We accept Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover Card.

Do you have pricing lists?

Yes! We would be happy to send you a copy of our Waste & Recycling or Rental & Construction catalogs which include pricing for both stock and custom items. Simply proceed to our "Contact Us" tab and complete the "Order Catalog" form.

What is the largest size you can print?

For Decals our maximum print size is 48" x 120". For Digital Printing, we can print up to 10ft. wide x any length roll....or we can weld material together to create ANY SIZE banner you require!

What is a PMS color?

The printing industry utilizes the Pantone Matching System of colors. This is a wide ranging system of various shades of the standard colors. If you aren't working with a designer who is familiar with this system we will provide as much support as we can. We do have a list of our standard color options that do not involve additional charges to you. Please go to our Help Center tab, and select "Standard Colors". What is a four-color process?

Four-color process involves printing a combination of dot patterns of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black to create the spectrum of any other printable color, or to produce a 'photographic' effect.

What materials do you offer?

We carry a wide selection of printable or vinyl-applicable substrates to choose from. Ordinarily, if the material is either flat (such as polystyrene/wood/foamcore), or comes on a roll (decals/vinyl banner materials) we can probably print on it!

How do I upload files?

For larger files, you can access our FTP server through a common FTP program like "FETCH" by...

What type of proofs do you supply?

We want to make sure you are satisfied with any creative process we partner with you on. We will either Fax or Email you layout(s) of your design for approval. Your signature is required before we move on to the printing/manufacturing process.

What are your lead times?

Our standard lead times are 5-7 working days. However we can certainly discuss your needs for 'rush' jobs. Please give us a call (800-829-3021) and ask your representative if we can get something turned around for you on that last minute project.
